Chapter 4

That night I give a friend in PR a call and she assures me a space in the Zimmermann show the next day.
I am woken the next morning by the ringing of my phone, I clutch it to my ear, "hello?" i say, "darling-up-now!" the sweet sharp voice of lulu beckoned me "dady and I are coming to pick you up in half an hour!" "ok cool" i say as i leap out of bed and into my wardrobe, "right- blazer, white shirt marc jacobs boots, black jeans, chanel - no - fendi necklace and sunnies; alright, were out!" i hurry to ready myself, my phone rings again, "hello?" "hey babe, its oliver!" a frantic Oliver doe called down the phone at me, "babe, i need a favour, you know that show i have to do tonight? the 'sprite, big white dress show'" "yes?" i reply, "i really need an assistant! could you?" "Of course!!!" i say my heart jumping, "right then, meet me at my house at 3" "ok cool see you then!". i hang up the phone and run down stairs to where lulu was waiting, "babe, i was just asked to assist oliver doe!" i yell frantically, "wow babe, thats so exiting!".
we jump in the car and were off to another day at fashion week. We arrive. Lulu's chanel glass go on, my Fendi's and as we open the door and alight from the shiny vehicle, lulu's long brown hair drapes over the black lace jacket she wears her platform Lanvin shoes make her almost as tall as me, (which is fucking tall) and as we make our way through the crowd once more, heads turning as we approach the VIP counter, "hi, babe!" i say to the girl at the counter (as i had made friends with her the day before) "how are you?" "im good darling" she says. she then squinted at me and said "what's your name" "we've been caught out" i think to myself and look at lulu with concern, "my name is *******" im here to see the Zimmermann show", "oh! your right here on the list, go up" she says. I smirk at lulu, then return my gaze to the lady at the desk, "ok, thank you" we go up to the show, it turns out my P.R friend put my name on the list... we waited to be let in, and, suddenly, out of no where the lights went out, the music stopped, the people gasped, and the city had just blacked out. After an hour of frantic calls, rushing around, and a nervous energy, the power was back up, and me and lulu were let in.
The Zimmermann show was one of the best collections that i had ever seen them do; a flaming array of colours and beautiful fabrics, however there was a change from there usual patterned silk and bikini look, at the very end of the show out walked sculpted, knotted, coloured, fitted and beautifully chic dresses as well as bikini's.

as we exited the show a group of fashion week assistants approached me and lulu, asking- wait for it - "are you guys celebrities??"
